Holterman's innovative new 20m Xtreme-60 to splash in early 2024

Dutch shipyard Holterman is adding a new 60-footer (20m) to its Xtreme range of flexible, multipurpose motoryachts. Building work is already well under way on the first Xtreme-60, which will sit comfortably between the existing Xtreme-54 and Xtreme-78 models, with their muscular lines, trawler windows and sleek profile.

Holterman's genre-defying superyacht Lady Fleur has been shortlisted as a finalist at the prestigious World Superyacht Awards, to be judged in May.

The 32m X-Treme 105 is fresh from winning two categories at the Design & Innovation Awards, held in Cortina in February. Now she has made the cut for the world's premier recognition of excellence in superyacht design.

Lady Fleur features a totally unique aft deck, whose central section can lower to effortlessly recover the tender from the water. The design makes it possible to carry a custom craft up to 11m.

Lady Fleur wins two top superyacht awards

We know we've created something special with the X-treme 105 Lady Fleur but entering her for one of the top superyacht prizes was a new step for our yard. Could we possibly win one of the esteemed BOAT Design & Innovation Awards in Italy on 8 February? The answer was 'yes we could'... And 'yes we could' again, as Lady Fleur became the only superyacht to win not one but two of the famous Neptune trophies!

CMC MARINE AND HOLTERMAN SHIPYARD GO WAVELESS

Waveless's admirers just keeps on growing. Last but not least it's the Dutch builder Holterman Shipyard that has released details of its latest design, the 32m X-Treme X-105. This new yacht, that is due to be delivered in 2021, is one of the many that has welcomed onboard Waveless, the new electric and ultracompact stabilizers for yacht from 12 and up to 40m from CMC Marine. Since its presentation during the Cannes Yachting Festival 2019, Waveless was a hit among captains, shipyards, crew, Owners and yachting professionals. Since it uses the same technology as CMC Marine's larger products Stabilis Electra reformatted into a smaller machine, Waveless fins (all treated with antifouling so they do not deteriorate in water) are technologically very advanced.

Holterman launches ambitious yacht series to 32m

MEPPEL ' Holterman Shipyards has unveiled a series of luxury motor yachts to 32m. Branded as X-treme Yachts, the first will be the 32m, X-treme-105 and is due for delivery in July, 2021. Next up: 78ft. and 90ft. (24m and 27m) versions. The series comes off the boards of the Bernd Weel design studio of the Netherlands. Interestingly, it features a swimming pool fully integrated into the aft deck. It has an adjustable depth that allows a 10m (33ft.) RIB to sail onto the yacht for storage.

Holterman ontdekt nieuwe wateren met z'n X-Treme jacht

Wanneer er een nieuw schip te water wordt gelaten, sneuvelt er graag een fles champoepel tegen de boeg. Voor goed geluk en een behouden vaart. Echter, het dek van de X-105 van de Drentse jachtbouwer Holterman Shipyard is meer geschikt om de fles te nuttigen: de 'X-treme' is namelijk een klasse apart, die meer weg heeft van een drijvende champagnelounge dan een motorjacht. Knijp een beetje met de ogen en u ziet zichzelf al zitten, in het oude vissershaventje van Antibes; in het azuurblauwe water, kabbelend tegen het achtersteven, reflecteert de ondergaande zon.

Hull and Superstructure Joined on 32.65 Metre X-105 Superyacht

Dutch builder Holterman Shipyard has joined the hull and superstructure of the first 32.65 metre crossover X-105 superyacht. Sold earlier this year, the first X-105 is part of the yard's new X-Treme range and is scheduled for delivery in July 2021. The new range also includes the smaller models of the X-Treme 90 and X-Treme 78, which are currently under development.
